Meet Mika, the visionary Founder and Director behind Dear Tulumt. A true citizen of the world, she holds dual Czech and Mexican citizenship. Her heart found its home in Tulum over a decade ago.
Mika's academic journey led her from the classrooms of Charles University in Prague, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Primary Education, to the shores of Tulum. Fluent in English, Spanish, Italian, and Czech, she seamlessly navigates the diverse global landscape.
Responsible, honest, determined, focused, and unwaveringly hardworking—these are the traits that define Mika's character. Her diplomatic finesse rounds out her impressive skill set.​

Mika's professional objective is crystal clear: to bridge Dear Tulum with agencies across Europe and achieve over 50% direct sales. With eight years of expertise in vacation rentals and a decade of experience in the intricate world of hotel and hospitality, Mika possesses a wealth of knowledge to elevate your property management experience.
​When she's not driving the success of Dear Tulum, Mika seeks balance through yoga, calisthenics, and immerses herself in the beauty of nature on her mountain bike.
